  New required acknowledgement at signup: active accessibility litigants are routed to engage ClearShield via their attorney (where reports are produced as privileged work product) instead of opening a standard subscription account. Closes a real discoverability risk for customers entering the funnel mid-litigation.

• IP rate limiting on public endpoints

  Server-side per-IP / per-user caps on /api/scan, /api/contact, and /api/scan/discover-urls. Defeats trivial abuse loops; legitimate workflow still well within the caps.

• Structured JSON logging + optional Slack/Discord error feed

  Server routes now emit structured JSON logs that Vercel indexes natively. Set the ERROR_WEBHOOK_URL env var to pipe error events to a Slack or Discord webhook.
